i was wondering which of the two springs would be better to put on some H&R race springs, if you wouldnt mind giving me pros and the cons,

if i recall, the race springs are lower and have stiffer spring rates. Neither would be good.

 

i just ordered my h&r race with koni yellow, regardless of the money its the best shocks that you can get, i also posted a similiar question and got good responses about the koni sport(yellow); they run about 135-145 per shock, worth saving the money and buying shocks only once either than blowing you rother ones and getting other

 

I think he's trying to go the budget route, which is understandable...if those are your only two choices, i'd go with the Tokico's. Have you also considered the KYB AGX's? they've been called a budget koni! I personally have the Tokico's and am very pleased with them...but everyone I've talked to with the AGX's has had nothing but praise for them!
