alright i got a 5in auto gage tach, for like 40 bucks brand new and i dont have a rpm gauge, so i said wth, i kno ppl know/think its ricer but w/e, i kinda need help with where i should place it?! any one have pics they can show me of their tach placements?! and where all their wires went?! just the placement thing would be great help, thanks guys :D

 

Just go to your local Junk Yard & get the cluster of the same year car that has a Tac. It's Plug & Play.... thats what i did on my 89 Civic Sedan.

 

mines at the corner left of the dashboard of my sedan. its used for my RPM and its my VTEC controller. i fried the **** out of my Si cluster somehow. its mounted on the side pillar rather than having holes on my new black dash. also being in the corner i just use a black beanie over it to cover it up along with my school parking sticker on the windshield. the wires i ran to the side of the dash going under the dash also under snake wrap. red goes into a power source when car turns on, it gets power. green is like instrument light (cluster) so it will light up when lights are on, black is ground and blue (i think) is dizzy or you can run it on the cluster.
