Engine will only idle with rich AFRs
I though I would get better answers in here than in the FI forum. https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/engine-will-only-idle-rich-af-ratios-2433879/
It idles pretty smooth now but only with AFRs richer than 12.3:1 or so. If I add remove fuel the idle will start to bounce back and forth between 1200 and 900 rpm. I added timing as well up to 21* from 17* when I remove fuel and it makes no difference so I left it at 17*. Is this something I will have to live with or can it be fixed?

I am using S300 with 1000cc precision injectors. The battery offsets are what hondata has by default. I also changed the tables to match the numbers I got from this site... http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/lag.htm But it did not do anything.

The precision 1000's usually don't idle well any leaner than 13:1 or so at best, which is a result of the poor atomization. If you want to solve that problem, try a set of our 1000cc saturated injectors. The atomization is much better and they will idle smooth as stock at 15:1 a/f or leaner. The car will idle and run much smoother.
