Default 1996 ek with 1995 h22

I live in California and as most of you know we have the strictest emissions standards in the US. I made the mistake of buying a 1996 Civic Dx with a 1995 Jdm h22. See what i mean? Basically what i am wondering is, is it possible to convert an obd1 motor to obd2? As far as I've read the only difference is a second o2 sensor, distributor, injectors and a couple other sensors. I would like to know if anyone has done this, and if it is possible how hard would it be and what exactly would i need to do it?

Thanks

obd2 motors have a crank angle sensor there is a way to bypass it if your gonna run a obd2 ecu on a obd1 motor and not change the crank

why you have to change the crank?

you just have to change the timing belt pulley on the crank
