ok let me clarify...an obd2 h22 into an ek is cake...and obd1 h22 with obd1 ecu and jumper is cake...an obd1 h22 into ek with obd2 ecu is a pain in the ***!

To clarify even further, the wiring can be "cake" when you have both wiring diagrams and all you do it just match the OBD-1 plugs w/wires to the OBD-2 Civic harness. That'll solve 90% of your wiring right there but if you have little to no experience in wiring or following schematics, then it's best to leave it for someone to do it for you. When you convert to OBD-1, you are using less sensors than what your OBD-2 harness & ECU used and looked for so there will be less wiring to do and less trouble shooting to figure out in the end.
