Default how come my airback light stays on?

how come my airback light stays on? if you have any answers please let me know and what can i do to fix it

there is a problem in the srs system. take it to the dealer to get it checked. it could involve anything in that system.

isnt there a way to reset the SRS light? i cant seem to find it i have looked in some of the stickies i thought it might be in...

there most definitly is a way to reset the light, if you do it and it stays off that means its fine. if it comes back on there you should take it to the dealer... just search the forums i am waaaaaaaay to drunk to be navigating this site right now.

worked for me though, had the light on for like 5 months then found that thread and in 5 minutes the light was gone for good. :-O

to reset the light or delete it you have to take this connector off located under the dash, a yellow wire, use a jumper, n u need to jump the other connector first. so disconnect this yellow connector way up in there use a jumper. it should flash like 3 times then un jump for a few sec then jump again... its something like that

clockspring could be going out, does ur horn or cruise control still work?
