currently i have a stock 4 door civic, and i have been to few autox ...

I currently raised around $500 ...

i wanna get some dampers that will go along well with my stock springs
( so i remain in H/S class until my skills are better, then i will get springs and move into SS or SP)

so any recommendations ?

 

I don't think you can go wrong with Koni Yellows. Although slightly out of your price range right now (just barely I think) they'll allow you quite a bit of grow room. They servicable by a large number of places and will allow you to move to considerably stiffer spring rates should you choose to in the future.

If you wanted to spend less money, I'd look at the KYB AGX's or Bilstein's.

 

Dunno what year Civic you have, but Koni Yellows at Diablo Autosports are $510 for 96-00s (a sale) and $530 for 92-95s. I think Shox.com has similar prices. Most autocrossers use Koni.
