motor is in and running, has a slight miss, has horrible throttle response. im questioning the timing on it. the timing light showed the two marks on the pulley and timing case to be dead on. the ignition components are new. does this seem to be the problem or is it something else. computer is throwing only code 6 now, it did throw a code 7 as well at first but i tuned the tps and it quit.

 

I would say timing. Could be plugs too.....Ive had duds before.
