ok ihave a p28 automatic, how do i convert it to a manual ??? anybody have a diy ? 5$ on line if anybody find a diy with pictures ?

Exactly.

Desolder both RP17 and RP18. The use either a piece of wire or a leg of a resistor to jump RP18.

ok and thats all ??just that ? and theres no difference in an auto or manual p28 once swapped to manual, meaning there attributes are the same and will work just fine right ?

Hey I have a auto ecu, guy before me decided to swap a auto ecu. I'm throwing code 22( auto lock up or something) Would this affect anything engine wise?
