id have to say something in the transmission, a hub bearing 99 percent of the time doesnt make a knocking noise, not saying it couldnt tho, are you sure your wheels are tight, no loose lugnuts , this happen to me one time someone tried to steal my wheels but somethign kept them from getting them but my driver side lug nuts where loose and the wheel was knocking. its hard to say tho

ok so i used the good ole go or blow method and it seemed to work , well now the car jumps every time it makes a complete rotation , and then when i put in in reverse its like the trannys stuck , but it will finaly break free and roll one complete rotation and then lock again ??????

no its not rod knock its nothing to do with the motor , its eather the tranny the clutch or the half shaft , i cant figure out what it is , car goes thro all the gears fine , i jacked the car up started it put in in first 2nd 3rd 4th 5th reverse and all the same , just the sound changes in a different gear

It sounds like you may have it narrowed down to the tranny etc but since it shouldn't be much trouble take off all the wheels and make sure that there isn't anything jamming the brakes like a rock (as stated above) or even bits of destroyed brake pad. A few months ago a piece of my rear rotor had separated from the rest and then made a nasty thumping noise when I was rolling. I could see how that could lead to a jammed wheel.

No, but its worth a quick check. 10 minutes and you'll know if you need to start looking for a new tranny or not.
