Default USDM F22 w/ JDM DOHC head in my eg.... Frankenstein much?

I'm new to this forum and wanted to see what ya'll thought of my project car.

Got an F22A1 all torn apart in my shop that I'm building. (Don't tell me to go buy a B series, it's already bought)

Planning on running 10-15 Lbs after it is tuned.
What I'm wondering: what parts can I keep or buy OEM and what should I upgrade with brand name stuff to have a reliable 350-400whp motor?

I can get the money but not in big sums, I don't want this project to be five years long. I know I'm buying pistons, cams, some h23 rods and obviously new bearings and seals for everything. I'm wondering if having the DOHC head from the jdm F22B (basically an H23 head) will make a big difference in my power band over the A1 single slammer. Also I am un sure of the durability of the stock ancilary parts like fuel pump, water pump, radiator all the lines to a from and small things like belts and pulleys.

I've seen people make big numbers on a totally stock f22a1 and run it hard for a while but it started shiting oil and looked pretty ghetto.

- if I'm gonna spend 2-3 grand on everything ( excluding turbo kit) what will be the most worth while purchases?

well your going to get a better answer from the accord section, generally they know more of the F and H series motors.
