Default Pre Existing Problem?? Went from B18b to B20b

So here is the quick run down, I replaced my b18b with a fresh b20b and I am having a slight problem:

Ive driven the car less than 10 miles since the swap was completed. Today I got in the car and went to drive down the street to my friends house and it was misfiring I guess? It revs fine from Idle to Red Line but when I put it in first and try to drive it wont rev passed 2k rpms. It just sputters and struggles real hard. It did that for a few seconds, then its fine, then sputtering again, then fine. I took the plugs out (they were the same ones from my old motor) and they are all black and ****ed up. I replaced with some new plugs and it was fine on the drive home and a quick drive around the neighborhood, save for a slight hesitation in 1st gear for like 1 second.

The car was doing pretty much the same thing before I put the B20 in. The only things I kept from my old motor (b18b) are:

Intake manifold (throttle body, injectors, fuel rail),
ECU
Dizzy (which I have replaced all parts of except for the Ignition Control Module).

Things I replaced when the b18 was in:
Dizzy Housing
Coil
Rotor
Cap
Fuel Pump

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

does it run fine at wot?

if so you said you replaced the dizzy right? pull the cap of and see if there is brown powder in there if so bad igniter if not good. start by reseting your ecu then get your timing right sounds like your timing might be off

Well kept a lot of the stuff from your old motor which could be the culprit. First thing I would try...

Swap your ECU for a know good one. (from a friends car)

Try that, then go from there.

ECU is next on the list.

Car never warms up. It stays cold all the time, no matter how long I drive. The fan is always running. Does this mean my thermostat is broken? Would that cause the car to run like ****?

my car was doing the same thing. its kinda like the car was in limp mode. if i got the RPM's above 3k - 3.5k it ran fine. anyway it turned out to be my O2 sensor. you got any CEL's? i didn't have any CEL's with my problem.

Sometimes the CEL will come on when Im just driving around, no change in the way the car runs, then when I turn the car off and turn it back on again the CEL is gone.

I will have to change the 02 sensor and see how it runs...

That will cause the CEL to just stay on all the time right?
