ok so heres the story the guy lives in canada he got the car imported from japan to canada its registered in canada under the 10 digit vin he brought the car over the boarder to washington and sold it to me. whats the easiest way to register it any info will help thanks

 

have you gone to the local DMV and asked yet? In NB, Canada you just register it like any other vehicle. Friend of mine picked up a JDM RHD Civic SiR this summer, not problem at all to register or insure, costs exactly the same as standard LHD civic to insure too.

 

yeah i went there they said to take the car to customs and i can register it so i called customs and they said i need a letter of consent from the original dealr which is in japan idk how im gonna get that.
