Default problem shifting into gear after engine swap

i have a d15b jdm vtec i just swapped in my car, and im using my old si tranny that worked fine. well i swapped it in and when my car is off it feels really hard to put it into gear compared to normal, and when the car is running i cant even put it into gear when im pushing the clutch all the way down, ive adjusted my clutch cable as far as it can almost go, its really tight. i Put almost 2 quarts of penzoil syncromesh mtf in the tranny to

im confused? any help would help alot, thank you

check for binds in your shift linkage?

how could there be binds? its one solid piece of metal hooking onto the tranny and my short shifter
