What keepers do i use with Supertech Ti retainers??

What keepers do i use with Supertech Ti retainers??
So i bought Supertech Titanium retainers for my b18b and on the package it says "must be used with 7 degree keepers"
So i was wondering, what degree are the stock keepers and if they aren't 7 then where do i get new ones?
