Default Turns over no start

I got a 95 EG hatch CX with a D15b (i believe). I had an LS in my car but blew my motor and needed something to drive so i but the single back in it. I had a viper alarm system installed when I had the LS

now i got everthing hooked up and tried to start it. Cycled the key a couple time to get fuel pressure and i could hear the fuel pump. It would turn over but not start. 1 time it sounded like it was going to start and now nothing. i tried replacing the coil and button.

now when i cycle the key i dont hear the fuel pump.

I called the people who installed my alarm system and they say they wire it through the ignition system and kill the starter.

I thought maybe it could still be my alarm system. Im going to disconnect my alarm system tonight.

do you guy have ne other things i could look at?

Usually the alarm would cut off the starter, and it would not turn over at all. Could still be your alarm, but not likely.

Check for spark. If your fuel pump is not priming, find out why.
Where did you get the engine from, and do you know for a fact it was running before you got it?
Check to see if your getting compression, and check your timing.

your not getting spark at all? Start checking your wiring, dizzy, cap, etc.

You are running the right computer right? not same from your other engine?

You really only need 3 things to make your engine turn over; Fuel, Compression, and Igniter. If your engine is turning over, your starter should be fine. I would also check all your fuses and relays as they control your fuel regulation, you may have blown a fuse during the swap or when you replaced the coil. Just because your motor is turning over, doesn't mean your spark plugs can't be fouled, so after you check the fuel, I would pull the spark plugs, it's easy enough to do. Also try to run a resistance check on your spark plug wires. The last thing I would check is the compression in the cylinders. See if you can find someone to do a compression check or a cylinder leak down test.

Try another ECU. I had the same issue not too long ago. I thought it was the main relay, by the way you should check this too by jumping the no.5 and no.7 terminals. But it turned to be my ECU.
