You may have a blockage in/around the coolant lines that run to/through the heater core under the dash. That's where I would check.

even the integra radiator for the b18's i think are too big...my heater is nice and warm but when it starts dipping into the 20's and 10's it takes forever to warm up and its not as hot as some other vehicles...
yea man i had a problem similar but in a accord coupe, what i did was flush all my antifreeze, and even run sum air to get everything out, you might even want to take out the hoses that run to the heater core as well. Their is two one which antifreeze goes in and another one which return, and blow air into one which antifreeze goes in, and antifreeze may come out the returning hose, then put all hoses back on and refill with antifreeze. This actually worked for me, and now my car stays at normal temp and heater works well.
Easiest place to start is to switch your temperature setting on climate control all the way to hot, and then start the car without the radiator cap on to get air out of the lines.
Please do this with your car at a dead cold.

my civic had the same problem just yesterday, i had a hose that was blocked off almost completly and my heater wouldnt blow hot air to save my life, not to mention my temp gauge was almost to h, but i fixed it haha
I'm gonna take an educated stab & say either your thermostat is stuck open or is rated too cold, since your radiator is now bigger than your engine
You might not be able to fix it since your fan is regulated by a Y7 temp switch, but you could try a 90-degree thermostat & see if it helps, and possibly try a resistor on your temp switch. Just make sure you keep your dial on COLD and don't use the fan until it warms up.
Otherwise the problem lies in heater core blockage... but we'll cross that bridge only if it's necessary.
