Default heater not very hot.

I have a 94 gsr with a y7 sohc in it. i just replaced that thrrmostat on it and the heater still doesnt blow out very hot air. Any reason why?? any help on what to start with??

i whould say that you have an air bubble in your heater core. or you core is clogged with gunk.

Is your heat gauge rising to a normal level?

You could have air in the system, or you could have a leak somewhere...check your system and try bleeding again. If the reservoir emptied, refill it. If it keeps doing that, you've probably got a leak. I had the same issue, and my radiator had 3 leaks and I was only about 3/4 full of coolant.
