Default D15b swap

I was thinking about swapping in a D15b into my 91 si. Im pretty sure my tranny will bolt right up. And im also pretty sure that all i would need to worry about is vtec wiring and OBD. Correct me if im wrong on any of this please.

I know the D16A6 is OBD 0. The engine list link in the FAQ only gives a blank space for the OBD number for the D15b. Anyone know what the number is or does it vary?

Also, the site states the torque numbers as 14.1kg/m @5200. Whats the conversion?

Thanks
