A weird noise coming from my car.
I have a 1997 honda civic ex coupe and It started making a weird noise when I step on the brake. It makes a clunking sound, only once, and only one time during each stop, I can't get it to repeat by presing the brakes multiple times, but if I accelerate for a while or cuise then press the brake again, it makes the noise. I havent done any modifications to my suspension or brakes, all I have is intake and exhaust and the noise started a long time after I put those on. My car only has 50k miles on it, so I would like to think that that suspension is still in good shape.
What could this noise be and how could I fix it???
Thanks!!

not when the clunking noise happens, but I know my rotors are slighty warped, b/c after a lot of braking, they start to pulse, but this noise happens from the first time i put on my brakes to the last.
