volt regulator help

Default volt regulator help

so i bought a new alternator and the battery is still not charging. is there any fuse or somting that could be bad that i can change to get the voltage regulator to turn on?
i believe that is all i have left to do ive done the list trust me.

check the alternator harness and plug for corrosion or tears.
I think hondas have a alternator fuse under the hood fuse box. not 100% sure.

its not that cuz i check the power its producing and it is the same as the battery like 11 somting and i know its supposed to be like 13-14. so i am thinking the voltage reg isnt turning on.

voltage regulator is inside the battery.
When the engine is running the voltage should be aroud 13.5 to 14 ish.
when engine off the lowest voltage is around 11ish
