what is everyones opinion on high flow cat. will it still pass inspection?

 

magnaflow imo. no ebay ****. (im usually a supporter of ebay). most ebay high flow cats are really test pipes. i know magnaflow will pass, pretty sure catco will also.

 

Do you happen to know if Catco or Magnaflow will pass in California?

 

I can vouch for Catco getting rid of a CEL at least. Worked on my '96, and worked on coworker's '99. Allegedly the universal Magnaflows are bung'd in a bad spot for Hondas and throws codes, but that's just what the exhaust shop said. (Same price.)

 

why cant you guy research this yourself. i was gonna check but seriously, do some damn leg work for yourselves.

 

it will pass emission. i have one on my civic (vibrant high flow), i got no Cel and runs just fine. but you should only change it if you have a bad Cat. or have no Cat.
