I have a phantom leak as well. A buddy that works at a body shop told me that sometimes the rear hatch can be tweaked just slightly and that will cause a leak I dunno though. I wish I could find it. Everytime it rains hard my spare tire well practically gets filled.
i no man..thats how mine was too when i first got the car..seriously had a good 6" of water in the spare tire well...
i also siliconed around the rear squirter and it still leaks..i have no clue

and thats leak is coming from drip rails in back of car
i used to have a leak in both my CRXs
i found out that the bolts that held the hatch onto the frame were a little...i mean just a little bit smaller than the original ones.
make sure you have the right size bolts that hold that on, if you dont, then do what i did, just grab yourself some caulk and seal that bitch up. also theres a plastic peice that covers the hydraulic lifts, and thats where water gathers up too, also underneath the interior light dim thingy, that large plastic peice collects water, take that off and look around with a flashlight.
goodluck with that...btw u ought to leave a sponge or something over your rear speakers...as Polk speakers drowned on a rainy day

The "drip rails" are the two channels, one on each side, of the roof panel that directs water down toward the windshield, or down the hatch(no pun intended). Definitely worth checkin out at this point. I'm with SpeedSin tho, drill some drain holes just for temporary use until you can figure out where its coming from, you can always fill them after the problem is resolved. Good luck man
