I just want to know if the oil cooler would help my motor, engine has the following stuff: crower stage 3 cams, type s pistons, CPR 11:5.1, 70mm TB, ported and polished head, etc, It's not finishe yet but I want it to be reliable and last a long time so I wanted to know about the benefits of the oil cooler on a built like this?

every stock h22 and h23 have them. I would think you'd want it wouldn't you? As far as I know coolant lines run through them and cool the oil right where the oil filter sits.
