it is a dc4 multimeter cluster and it is reading at 0 miles and is in 9.5 out of 10 shape

on here, 75 max. i can pick these up for 30 at a junkyard all day.

 

yeah but the ones in junkyards do not have that low of miles thank you for that though

 

doesnt matter, anyone that buys it knows its been tampered with, in your case, replaced the speedometer. and anyone who puts it into a car will have to notify whent he title is tranfered that the cluster mileage shown isnt the actual mileage on the vehicle. i wasnt giving you a price of what i think its worth, its what i know its worth.

$75 max. You may be lucky and find someone who will pay more but I doubt it.

Probably not, a cluster that wasn't the original cluster in any car is considered tampered with and when the vehicle is re-registered the DMV should be notified.

Mileage is noted every time a vehicle is registered or is transferred. If a car has less miles on it (via a new cluster) than it had when it was registered/titled previously and not not noted, someone could get into seriously fraudulent trouble.
