how to match miles on new cluster
theres already a write up for this but its pretty old and the pics dont work anymore.........can anyone re-do the write up with some working pics and post it?
i kno it would help alot of people not jsut me....or maybe some one can just email me some instructions on hoiw to do this....i got an ex cluster in my 96 hb and it read 48,000 miles and the car actually has around 110, 000 so i wannt to get it up there some how.....help!

i know how to do it......but with 92-95 civics though
i made a DIY on this board, but they deleted it because they say it's illegal to do it. My way was illegal that is.

besides switching the odometers....lets says u dont have the original odometer anymore..........i kno theres other ways........any ideas????

i would think u could pull the vss and hook a drill up to it. start the car and go to town with the drill.

lol that would be like a week later, and 50 recharged batt.s you know how long it would take just to make it turn over, and then put it at the miles you had on your old one. like over 20XXX, lol good luck with that one

u must have mis understood. he said he needed to add miles. NOT TURN IT OVER TO ACHIEVE A LOWER MILAGE. and i dont think it would take as long as you are expecting.
