Default G23 vs sleeved H22 for boost

So after reading through the G23 article and comparing it to sleeving the H22 it seems as though the G23 has it beat! But I wanted to get everybody else's opinion before I start collecting parts. Currently I have a 4th gen with an H22 in it. Correct me if I am wrong but my thought process is as follows:
G23- Seems to be a cheaper build comparatively plus if I do a F23 block I will get a high displacement. If I was able to find a G23 block for under 500 is this all I need? I know I need to use the F23 head gasket and plug some oil lines as well as mod the pipe that everybody refers to and use the H22 crank...downside to this build IMO would be the proven reliability of it, the fact that it cannot rev as high as the H bottom end (will oil squirters fix this?). Pros would be that its cheap, its cool, and its unique.
H22- sleeve the bottom end, get new pistons with a lower c/r, new rods, etc... pretty much rebuild the bottom end. The major con is the cost comparatively, it is something that has been tried and true and the high rev issues wont be a problem. Anybody got any input?

sleeved motor would be better and able to hold more boost as long as it was built right

what kind of money do you think it would cost for me to do this? My thoughts are:
1. Used Block $300
2. Pistons $650
3. Rods $300 ???
4. Machine work $500
I know I am prolly missing stuff, I would want to try and find a used H22 block with pistons and all that way I can reuse the crank. I am prolly off on the prices, anybody have any input?

I know Pirate would probably argue this(as he has had great success with his) but I am all about OEM Honda reliability.......Disassemble an H, sleeve it, reassemble, its still an H that uses H parts......I personally am not a fan of all this customizing and hybriding stuff for a daily driver......Thats just me though!----do what makes YOU happy!

If you are going to sleeve it either will handle boost just fine
