Default H2B Hytech Header!!!??

Hey guys, another question about my h2b build. My friend has a Hytech header for sale obviously for the h22. Just wondering if this header would fit on the H2B application or do i need a custom H2B header?

Thanks alot

The collector would have to be modified.
It has to angle down ( i believe the rough estimate in the FAQ thread is 15 degrees down) due to the forward angle of the motor

i'd figure an experienced welder could handle that for you. i have no idea how much it would cost though

Give Danny or Derrek a Call at ssr 510-783-5552.They'll make you one based on your build. The turn around time is the fastest I've seen compared to other builders. The product quality and customer service is top notch.Another option is Smsp.I saw another thread were Dave posted an h2b specific header.

Yea i might just end up just gettin a h2b race header from ssr or smsp, dont really feel like chopping up a custom built race header. Thanks guys

I have just found out that the factory making the "Hytech Style" headers are now doing an H2B specific. They are roughly $800NZ so must be about $400US
I've got some FGK 4-2-1's and I plan to just chop them at the bottom radius and take out a sector which takes 15degrees out of the angle. Will also take the collector out to 2.5" i have had great gains in the past from increasing the collector diameter with H22's.
