widest rim that will fit
what is the widest size wheels that will fit on our car with the stock fender? Anyone can help me out I'm trying to order my volks rims but I dont know what size I can push the limit.
How wide were you thinking about getting?
I have 16x8 +38 front and 16x7 +33 rear SE37Ks on my R. There is someone on H-T with 16x8 +38 TE37s all around on his red GSR. Exactly what will work with stock fenders is going to depend on the tire size, how low you are, how stiff your suspension is, and camber. You will not be able to go much higher than +38 offset with a 16x8 in the rear because of clearance issues for the inner lip.

8" wide will work, but I think a 7.5" is the sweet spot, with a 7" just behind that. If it's a daily get a 7" wide wheel. If you're looking to get every ounce of performance out of the car and don't mind a bit of rubbing or fender rolling, then get the 8" wheel.
But it also depends upon what tire you plan on running. It isn't as simple as buying the largest wheel you can fit.

I haven't got my coil overs yet because I wanted to get my rims first then lower the car afterward so I know how much space I have. I figure that would be the best scenario since I dont want my fenders to rub.

16x7 +32 with 205/45 G-Force Sports:
I have 15x8 +45 TE-37s with Hoosier 225/45/15 R6s on all corners.
Rear fenders are rolled (not flaired) and I'm using a 5mm spacer in the back (required to keep the tire from rubbing the trailing arm).

There is a forum for showcars, and this isn't it.

FIRST decide on what make/model/size tire you plan on running. NEXT see what widths it's approved for. THEN shop for wheels in a width within the approved range. (You'll still need to deal with offset and possible rubbing.)
Here are the ranges of approved rim widths typically approved for tire sizes commonly used on the ITR:
195/55-15: 5.5-7.0
205/50-15: 5.5-7.5
225/45-15: 7.0-8.5
205/45-16: 6.5-7.5
215/45-16: 7.0-8.0
205/40-17: 7.0-8.0
