Default Charging problems

First my car is a '97 EX with a B16A swap. My battery won't stay charged. The battery is good. I replaced the alternator. With the car running and my DVOM on the battery, the voltage steadily drops (about 1 volt every few minutes). I have no voltage reading at the under-hood fusebox anywhere while the car is running. I've checked all my grounds, fuses, ect. Also, I can drive the car then after a few minutes the radio and cluster will stop working. I'll turn off the car check the battery voltage and it'll be at around 9V, then I'll check it a few minutes later with the car still off and it'll read 11V, and slowly go up. My battery light don't come on at all though. Not even in Key On Engine Off position like it should. Any idea's anyone.

well since you gotta a dvom lets do a dynamic load test..
step 1 .. ensure battery is fully charged at least 12.6 volts or better
step 2.. with the vehicle of put the headlights on
step 3 .. wait 5 minutes and monitor the voltage
step 4... crank the vehicle and monitor the voltage ,,, if it drops below 9.6volts the battery is bad.....

if its not the battery and you already replaced the alternator than its time to look at the eld or electronic load detection circuit.....
