how to fix some codes shes throwing (idle problem)

how to fix some codes shes throwing (idle problem) need some help!
car has been idling funny and the check engine light is on. its a jdm gsr swap in a ek hatch.....here are the codes
p1337 ignition system or misfire
p0123 o2 sensor heater....bank sensor
p1259 control fuel air metering
i pulled these by using a us ecu but i still get the check engine with the jdm ecu as well.
idle is never steady either very low or high not very bouncy though.
i just wanna get the c/e light of and the idle back to normal.
any help would be great
