Default Idle Problem in my EK

I have a b20b with an odb1 conversion running on a 92 LS ECU. At first, the idle would bounce from 800 to the point where it would almost die out. Then the check engine light came on. After about a week or so my idle stopped bouncing but it now idles at 2-3.5k depending if my car is warmed up. When i engage the clutch to when the car starts to move the idle is normal for that 2 seconds that it catches gear. But once i put it in neutral the idle is back at 2k. I just checked the check engine light and its 41 Primary oxygen sensor heater. I dont know what that has to do with my idle problem. Any feedback would be good. Thanks.

Your IACv is not functioning correctly, and either needs to be cleaned out or replaced as a whole.
