Default NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!!gsr

I have a B17 complete motor and i want to use B16 pistons to raise my compression and i just need to know what size rod bearings i need or if i can just get any b16 bearings and also if all this would even work and if it would put out a higher compression instead of the B17's???please HELP!!!!

http://www.zealautowerks.com/ ------------ compression calculator

Use the bearings for b17 because that would be the rods that you are using...

It will bump the compression as the pistons in a B16 have a slight dome, as opposed to the B17 piston. I think the b16 piston has a 6cc dome (the JDM b16 has a little more), while the B17 is a "flat top" design (0 cc dome). I would say you will be in the mid to high 10's for compression, as long as you haven't milled the head or decked the block. Good luck!
