Default slapping noise when clutch out

ok so i when i push the clutch in the noise goes away, but when i let go of it, it starts making a slapping noise, but it only happens when it's all warmed up, no noises throughout the rpm range. I'm starting to think if it's the clutch i believe theres an exedy clutch. But I do have a frankenstein swap with type r head with gsr block and honed with jdm pistons on my r.

Quite common, mainshaft bearing. Requires splitting the trans case to replace it. Symptoms: Sound is similar to a helicopter at idle, sound goes away when depressing clutch.
