Default bypass speedo

my vtec doesnt work ever since my speedo went and i cant stand not having vtec. is there a way to bypass the speedo

The ECU is looking for a VSS signal otherwise it won't engage VTEC.

Chipped Honda ECUs can remove that requirement, or presumably aftermarket stuff. It would probably be easier to just fix the VSS (and/or wiring from the VSS to the ECU).
