its german, used on audis, mercedes, etc, mainly (if not only) on european cars. The quality is pretty good.

I would assume theres lots of people who've used KKK turbos on hondas, but I'd think they're mostly here in europe, although it wouldnt differ much than all the cars with pictures of SSAC/XSpower, Garrett, etc turboed cars.

try contacting borg warner i think they should have some type of info on them. kkk turbos also have a different name or sister company believe im not 100% positive. the K26 is close to a T-3 depending on model. is this what you have ? http://www.spooledmotorsports....arger

These are a pretty common turbo, just not as available as some of the cheaper garretts. the K26 really is a nice 300+whp turbocharger (good to about 400 or so) and respond decently well. It IS NOT WORTH PURCHASING THE UNIT NEW, however due to their cost. Some of the used ones are ok, if you are are lucky enough to get it from a porsche enthusiast.

It's just a turbo, won't do anything special that any of the other turbo's do or don't. Slap her on and go.

most of the kkk (k03, k04) turbos have diffrent flanges, so they wont mount up to common manifolds

Considering that an Audi A4 1.8T with that turbo sees full boost at 1,850 rpm, it would probably be a poor choice for most Hondas. The Audi runs out of steam around 4k rpm.

Great for driving around town, but very much a letdown the first time you try to rip up the onramp.

no its not, its a little smaller then t3.

I have a k24 and a k26 both sitting in my garage. used to be an audi gear head. and they are in no way good for 400whp. the most Ive seen out of a k24 was 350 and that was 35 pounds on water meth.... basically you should be able to get 270 pretty easy out of it.
