Default Fuel Problems..

I just swapped in a JDM B18C1 into my 95 civic ex. I took it for a test drive and it was doing fine at first. I started to get on it more and it seemed like it lost fuel delivery and it died. I tryed swapping out the fuel pump relays and stuff in the fuse box under the hood but they did nothing. Could my fuel pump have died? Any help would be great.
Thanks..

Yes, like 1993-eg1 says make sure the fuel pump is functioning correctly.

In all honestly if you're going from a D15 to a B18 I'd recommend just replacing the fuel pump with a better flowing one. You're going from a car that makes 100 HP to a car that makes 200 HP. The stock pump won't hold up for long when you're working it much harder than what it was designed to do. My friend had swapped a B18 into his EF and tried to retain the fuel pump from the D15 motor and ended up starving the hell out of the engine due to lack of fuel.

The same thing happened to me but it wasn't my fuel pump. My car jumped timing on me and it felt the same as losing fuel pressure and idled and then died on me, so you might want to check that to.

Thanks, i tested the fuel pump and its fine. The problem is now that it is not getting fire. Its getting voltage to the distributor plug ins but when i tested the plug for spark.. nothing.. Could my coil have gone bad? Any other good ways to test the distributor? Thanks.
