I used an intake non obd B16 manifold on my OBD1 integra and worked fine, just need to make sure all the vacuum lines are hooked up correctly.
I don't mean to pose what seems to be an obvious question, but you do know you can't just slap that head on the LS block and expect it to work right?. You need to tap an Oil lines for your vtec to work etc.

lol are you planning to run vtec?seems like you might need someone else to do the vtec conversion for the block...
everytime ive attempted something i havent done on cars i research the hell out of it way before i go out and buy a head that doesnt belong on that block...for what you are gonna spend you could have bought a b16 with low miles..

Your going to need to swap the throttle body for the ls over because obd0 throttle body has no map sensor on it. Those years were mounted on the firewall. Your going to need to wire up a knock sensor unless your getting an ecu that disables it or doesn't look for it. Check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1676914. It should answer most of your questions. It tells you a good way to mount the knock. Here is a sub harness for wiring up vtec too http://store.phantasmusa.com/ha1.html You could use your ls distributor if you dont mind chopping one of the ears off and only being held on by one bolt.
