Default d15b1 or d15b7 Rebuild

wondering if i should just rebuild a b1 or b7, and mini me/turbo it, i have the b1 in my car right now and its dpfi, and the b7 is currently sitting my brothers car, but he is doing a d16z6 swap, and giving me his old motor, and i plan on building that motor from ground zero. and the b7 has the mpfi, so should i just rebuild the b7?
