Default Worth the time and money?

Ok so I've been stuck on what to do. Swap a B series or boost the D depending on what kinda prices I can get depends on what I do. On craiglist there was this guys selling the following for $500.

14b Turbo- Barely any saft play
CRX exhaust mani w/ BMC adaptor plate.
All Oil lines and oil filter adaptor so you dont need to mess with taping the oil line.
Intercooler with pipes and BOV
Tapped D16z6 oil pan with pickup
Walbro 250 fuel pump already on the fuel sending unit.
Down pipe. (not pictured but will come with one.)

Now my question is, is this worth $500 bucks? Also around my area on craigslist for $400.

Manifold has a T3/T4 flange w/ a 46mm wastegate flange
wastegate has a 7.5 -14psi adjustable spring
dumptube has a 46mm flange and is about 6 inchs long

What are your opinions on these?? Good deals or bad?? Any input would be apprechiated!

Here is the link to the $500 one. I though the $400 seemed a little pricey too lol

Well at the moment I've got about $1500 dollars to spend. So I'm thinking I might need to save some more $$$ before I actually commit to this but regardless, I think dollar to HP ratio the turbo would be a better bet then a swap. Also he says $500 OBO, soo with that being said he might go with $400-425 depending on how bad he needs money making it cheap for me to go get some injectors and a management too.

I'd say definitely turbo the D over the swap.. but then again, I would only do that with new parts or ones I knew more about. You really have no way of knowing the condition of the parts he's selling, so a "turbo d" may end up costing more than you planned. Good luck either way though bro.
