Can idle be set through the ECU?
I have a JRSC on my d16y8 and changing the screw doesnt nor effect idle, im guessing the SC is too much for the idle to go up?
So can I go to honda and have them hook the scanner up to it to turn the idle up to 1000 rpms or so?
or is idle only set mechanically?

the idle is set through your timing and distributor. since you have forced induction, try the forced induction forum, and try calling jackson racing adn ask them if they offer a piggy back system for the ecu. if it were me, i would go with hondata or neptune and get it tuned right
