Default Best BOOM for the buck

Like the title says, what combo, amp(s)/sub(s) provides the best bang for the money. Let's use $500-700 for the price range. Just subs and mono amps please.

What you just want the loudest bass possible? This thread is stupid. Decided what you want out of your system, how much you want to spend, and then come back and ask a more reasonable question.

Ok, or maybe i didn't ask about the rest because i don't need input on that. I already have the infinity 7541a 4 chan which runs 4x111 rms. And i'll be picking up a set of components for the doors and some coax for rear fill. But thanks for the helpful response. If you read it would make sense.

AMP AND SUB(s) 500-700.
mono amp sub no bigger than 13

also, i'm replacing a JL e1400d and 2 infinity 1230's 12" 300 rms

I have to agree with White Smoke your question is open to interpretation, we at least need to know what kind of bass you are looking for "Best BOOM for the buck" is a little vague and with a budget of $500-$700 you can get pretty much anything from a shitty sounding, ground pounding, **** off everyone on your block boom car to a clean, accurate and tight sounding sub bass system.

One would use cheap equipment, [amp and subs] and take up most of the room in the rear of your car, the other would use better quality equipment and use up far less room.

Or maybe you want something in between, hard to say from your question. 94

PS, Being a n0ob, you probably should not be rude and sarcastic to one of the forms moderators, or anyone for that matter.

This guy hit the nail on the head! You just need to throw out the basics and everyone will be more than happy to help you. Basics.....

1. What do you already have?
2. What are you looking to achieve? (alot of bass? good clean tight bass, etc)
3. How much are you looking to spend?

One place I would recommend for shopping around, with overall good prices is

www.woofersetc.com

They have pretty much every brand name, that I can think of and there customer service and shipping times is great. No complaints so far.....thats my 2cents!

I agree completely with 90daxsi. What kind of music do you listen to (rock/rap/country/etc)? How loud do you want it? So that everyone from 3 blocks away can hear it? Just a little more low end power? Are you looking to upgrade the rest of your system later on? Amplifier for speakers, etc.

Just give us a little more info on what you're trying to accomplish with this system, not just what i can i get for $xxxx amount. For 5-700 you can get a whole lot of stuff, granted it might not be very good...walmart specials etc, or you can have a very basic, very good/loud system for the same price.....
