2006 Accord Rotor & brake pad removal / installation guide?!?!

Didn't find anything pertaining to the removal or install. I am getting pretty bad vibration when braking. How similar is the procedure to a 1995 Accord or 5th/6th gen Civic? I have the LX model so drums in the rear.
