Tranny for SI?

Tranny for SI?
I think there's something wrong with my input shaft for my transmission. Its making some weird clicking noises when I drive my car. I'm wondering where I can buy a new transmission for my 2000 Civic SI if anyone knows? Or if there is any other transmission I can buy that doesn't have to be a 2000 Civic SI for me to buy and replace? I'm trying to buy an affordable one too, nothing fancy. Thanks.

'99 - '00 Civic Si
'96 - '01 Intergra type R
'92 - '95 JDM Civic SiR
'94 - '97 Del Sol Vtec
'94 - '01 Integra GS-R
'94 - '01 Integra LS/GS/RS/SE
Ideally you want another B16 transmission or an ITR as these are geared the shortest. At the end of the list will be the integra LS/GS/RS/SE tranny and the GS-R will be in the middle.
