Can you hook up vtec to your horn button? If possiable how so???

Can you hook up vtec to your horn button? If possiable how so???
i just recently bought a 98 prelude with a jdm h22a and it came with a 96 accord lx ecu so i had to wire up my vtec. I was woundering if i can wire it up to my horn button so it can be like a easy access type of deal. I just got tired of this switch which is taped to my shifyrt....haha cops were asking me about that i just told them its for my foglights. but yeah can i just unplug the horns and tap into the postive wire and run it to my vtec sol? just a thought
