Default Spark plug reading GURU's please help...

Hey fellow ITR brothers... help your n00b turbo installer (me) out and diagnose these plugs:

when did you take the plugs out?

as SGT has shown me the light ...

that may not mean much at all.

pull WOT on the car with the plugs in and shut down right after. take plugs out and look at them.

though i dont think thats really good for the turbo

I made about 5-6 WOT runs down the road near my house... and drove maybe a 1/4 mile back to the house just cruising to cool down the turbo. Jesus are those things fun... I just need to get it to stop sputtering and make sure it's richened up (if in fact it's lean).
