Okay i had my friend chip my P28 Ecu a couple weeks ago and it acts goofy. he has chipped a couple ecu's for me before and no problems.

Okay what it does = the car runs perfect and is very quick, but if accelerate to redline or hit Vtec it will run awsome then when i try to go back to driving normal it will spit and sputter, or die if i step on the clutch, untill i key it off and back on (resetting the ECU)
then it runs perfect again all day if i dont go into Vtec

didnt do this before with stock P13. i have a 1998 civic hatch with a usdm H22. jumper harness obd2a to pbd1. any impute would be greatly appreciated. thanks

 

sounds like it needs to be tuned.
