Default 93 hatch front bumper hanging off from one side

My front bumper is hanging off on one side. I have a zip tie on there right now but that won't allow me to pass safety check.

I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to fix this.

I see where the problem lies.

There is a screw that goes into this plastic piece and the screw I guess splits the two plastic pieces to the side so that it sticks into the bumper.

I have tried to unscrew and rescrew the screw back into the bumper but it keeps coming off.

There doesn't appear to have any broken pieces so maybe I'm just doing it wrong. Can anyone help me with this?

How about using a bolt with a nut and some washers?
