can anybody post an answer as to why i can rev my car all the way to it's redline the first try. but when i let off the gas and try to redline again, it begins to sputter and does not pass a certain rpm (bog).
if it were in limp mode, it wudn't pass 3k to begin with?
if the gas were bad, it wud not pass a certain rpm either>?
and if the injectors were clogged, the same as bad gas?
am i right on these assupmtions, can anybody clear this for me, and any other suggestions.
i was wondering why yesterday it seemed like something was in the intake, so i pulled it apart, and sure nuff to my surprise, there was a cloth blocking the intake. god knows how long it was there or how it got there? i removed it, and still, not as bad, but it still bogs while driving.

 

maybe after you go to a certain rpm it puts strain on the motor and then it doesnt get as much fuel when it does that...like when i hit vtec in my car it idles lower cuz it takes a minute to catch up i guess you could say. im not really sure why its doin that but you might be able to change out the ecu and give that a shot. im just throwin out ideas...
