Default Overheating Problem on 91 si

my 91 prelude si (b21a1) is still overheating and icant figure out the problem. i just replaced the timing belt and water pump and prior to this it wasnt over heating. car started to over heat when i got it back together and thats when i tried the water pump, but it still over heats. i noticed a small hole in the top of the radiator. looks like a plactic mount snapped off and where theres a peice of the plastic missing theres a pinhole in it. i noticed it when squeezing the hoses. could this be the problem of overheating? i also am having trouble bleeding the system. but what can i do/use to plug this small hole in the radiator? Should the hoses be full completly with coolant. it just feels like theres a little in there when squeezing them.

check if anything is leaking. thats the common cause for overheating.
